We are currently processing most orders within 2 working days. Royal Mail is however experiencing delays across many parts of its service due to strikes. As a result some customers are experiencing delays in getting their items. Please allow extra time for receiving orders. Alternatively if you are in a hurry we would suggest opting for Special Delivery. Please accept our apologies for any delays.

 

Christmas is around de corner, orders coming in fast and packages are being sent out daily. So check the dates and get in early to avoid any disappointment.

Lead time 

We aim to have your order ready to ship within 3 working days of you placing the order. With that in mind, we have accounted for that in the last order dates to have your orders in time for Christmas. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays that may be caused by Royal Mail or your customs and tax and that these dates are only a guide. And remember! We in a pandemic, so there is the possibility of delays beyond anyones control.
