All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place the order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original payment method.
Items offered on our website are available for worldwide shipping. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If you place an order to be delivered to a PO Box you will receive a full refund and your order cancelled. In the UK estimated delivery times are between 1-3 working days and between 5-7 internationally, both depending on shipping type. Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 3 working days from the date of your order. Working days are Monday - Friday and excluding bank holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, delivery method and your location. To find out how much your order will cost, just add the items you would like to purchase to your basket, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large, bulky items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to your item/s on delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with a photograph of the damage and we will aim to resolve it asap.
SHIPPING RATES & PROTECTION
The level of protection offered, should your order not arrive or get damaged during transit, depends on the shipping rate you select at checkout.
Royal Mail Standard and International Standard
Estimated delivery is 1-3 working days in the UK and 5-7 days internationally. It's our experience that items shipped internationally can take about 2 weeks. Items shipped this way are not tracked or insured. As such in the unfortunate scenario of the item getting lost or damaged in transit, refunds or replacements cannot be offered.
Royal Mail Signed For
Estimated delivery is 1-3 working days. A signature is required for added security and confirms that the item has been delivered safely. This is not an insured service however in the unfortunate scenario of the item getting lost or damaged in transit, we will attempt to investigate where possible to provide a refund or replacement, but cannot guarantee one until after our and the courier's investigations have been carried out.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
Estimated delivery is next working day by 1pm and is tracked. All items are protected to the value of the items shipped. A signature is required for added security and confirms that the item has been delivered safely. Items that are lost or damaged during transit will be investigated, and once the courier has compensated Mr Blackman's Ltd, you will be offered either a full refund or your item re-shipped.
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
Estimated delivery is 5-7 working days and is tracked. It's our experience that items shipped internationally can take about 2 weeks. All items are protected to the value of the items shipped. A signature is required for added security and confirms that the item has been delivered safely. Items that are lost or damaged during transit will be investigated, and once the courier has compensated Mr Blackman's Ltd, you will be offered either a full refund or your item re-shipped.
Lost & Damaged Items
If you believe your item(s) may be lost and you have a tracking number, please visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your tracking code. Royal Mail will then provide you with an update. If your item is marked as in Transit, it could still be on its way to you and there could have been a hold up in your country's Customs Department.
If you don’t have a tracking number, or would like to raise a support query to locate your item(s) please email your issue to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the unfortunate case that your item(s) have arrived damaged, please send your query along with photographic evidence within 24 hours of receiving them to email@example.com. We will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Unless your item is damaged or lost during transit Mr Blackman’s cannot offer refunds for hygiene reasons. However, if you are unhappy with a product you have ordered please let us know and we will see what we can do.
Only items shipped using the Special Delivery and International Tracked & Signed are eligible for a refund should they be lost or damaged on delivery and only when a full investigation has been carried out by Mr Blackman's and our courier partner.
If your item is returned to us, you will be notified via email that we have received your item. In this case, you will be offered either a full refund (minus shipping) or the option to have your item(s) re-shipped.
If you choose the option of a refund it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days of receiving the item.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns should be in the original packaging and in the condition it was received. For hygiene reasons products that have a broken security seal cannot be returned.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
